About Purrfect Paws - Dog Walking, House and Pet Sitting services.

We are Janet and Gary Chappel, we set-up Purrfect Paws to offer the service to others that we want for our own pets.

As long-term pet owners and animal lovers we know how important it is that your pets are loved and cared for in your absence.

Having spent most of our careers commuting to London and working in the City, we decided to follow our hearts and start our dog walking and pet sitting business.

We believe that a dog walking and pet sitting service should have the following qualities, be available, reliable, professional, and above all caring.

Be available: It sound simple but being available at short notice or at unusual times is essential. People lead hectic business and social lives. As a husband and wife team we are available 24/7 to help clients who may be working late or out socialising at the weekend.

Be reliable: We pride ourselves on being reliable, if we say we will do something it's as good as done. We have satisfactory staffing to ensure our clients' needs are meet.

Be professional: Purrfect Paws is a professional, family run, full-time pet sitting business. We have public liability insurance and police records checks. Giving clients full peace of mind.

Be caring: Walking, feeding, caring for and loving animals is our life's-work. Our services are mostly one-to-one, ensuring we're never overstretched, which allows us time to form a loving bond with your pets.
